Great house at WC & Manchaca $750!

Looking to replace a roommate for a house in the William Cannon and Manchaca area (South Austin). I love the place and don't want to lose it!

About me:
- 30 Year old professional, often working from home
- Easy going and been complimented as a good roommate
- My party days are behind me but I still like to have a good time, especially on the weekends. Most people would describe me as friendly, responsible and fun to be around.

About the place:
- $750 month.
- There are 3 bedrooms (I take the two smaller ones for a bedroom and office, and you get the master with full private bathroom)
- Big back yard with a large porch. I also built a fire pit and wood shed
- All common areas and bedrooms are hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings
- Sprouts Farmer's market and eateries within walking distance

Requirements:
- My landlord will do a credit check and I need a lease signed
- Must be OK with dogs but not have any pets (I have a large dog that is very friendly to every human she meets, but is territorial with other dogs)
- Before committing, I prefer to meet up to get to know each other and see if we think it would be a good living situation.
