Furnished room for rent in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Between Roosevelt Blvd. /Park Ave., and Blanding Rd., off of Collins Rd. Very close to NAS Jax, Orange Park Mall, Orange Park Hospital, doctors, restaurants, theatres, grocery stores and various gyms. All your needs are close by.

Male roommate preferred. The room has a twin-size bed, a corner glass shelving piece of furniture, shelving on the wall, and a chest of drawers. The room has a large closet. Has a window toward the back yard of the house. The room has a ceiling fan with lighting. There is a shared bathroom.

House is tiled throughout, has central a/c-heater, has a water softener system throughout house for soft water showers and better water to cook with, Stove is gas cooking.
Kitchen available with utensils, plates, pots, and pans if needed. You can bring your own, of course.
Front and back porches to sit and relax, with a backyard with privacy fence.

No smokers, heavy drinkers, pot smokers, or heavy meds. No couples, children or pets. The environment is very quiet and we all respect each other's space. Everyone cleans up after themselves. And once per week, cleaning service cleans common areas and one private room, an alternating shared cost.
Utilities are an additional fifty dollars, and includes: electric, water, water softener, gas and Wifi.
Background check and income verification required. First and last month rent up front, and a deposit of $ also required.
