Going back to LA so the entire place would be yours, my lease is through Sep and you would of course have the option to renew. Amazing condo with great amenities. No car needed bc you are in the heart of walkable Brickell but you still have the water view here (& a parking spot if needed). Gym & pool are terrific here but please let me know if you need more pics/info. I have it all beautifully furnished now but happy to remove or leave it for you as needed. I’ll be leaving by the end of the month so have a bit of urgency here:). Note- you would have to apply to the condo even just as a roommate (background check, etc). Message me with any questions!
