I'm looking to rent out my extra room, in the Inwood area of Manhattan , it's about 165 square feet, you'll have your own privacy, light, cable and wifi are included, right by the 1 and A train, it's available for rent ASAP, my asking price is 900 but can lower it down to 850. I'm not looking for someone that all we do is nod our heads and keep it moving more like someone that we can hang out, talk to each other, into sports, if you drink that cool, if you smoke 420 in cool with that also. So if this sounds like you then me and we can set something up for you to come check the room out

As per me I'm 33, sports fan, don't smoke, do drink, quiet (unless is 1 of those days that I feel like hearing music or just singing random songs) I hardly bring ppl over, clean aka clean up after myself, calm cool guy.
