Individual room for sublease. My things have been there less than a month and I have never slept there. looking to move closer to my new job. Has a walk in closet and is fully furnished with bed, nightstand, desk, and a chest of drawers. There is an occupant in the other room, but I have seen him maybe once or twice and have never had a full conversation with him. Complex has a hot tub, full sized fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, and more! Rent is 559 a month with a 300 sublease fee. I will cover 200 of the sublease fee.
