I will pay half of January rent and I am moving out after finals so you can move in as soon as I'm moved out so you would also have the month of December for free as well! The woods is brand new and is really nice! I am transferring so I am willing to work out any other perks because I need to get my apartment sublease! It's 4 bed rooms you have walk in closet and own bathroom! It's fully furnished and $650 also includes water and electricity!
