The room is a foot smaller in length than the larger bedroom but is still a moderately sized room. It fits a queen bed, book shelf, and a computer table with plenty of room to get around. The living room as very large and fits a sectional easily. The kitchen sold me. Large kitchen with a dishwasher, marble tops, gas stove, new appliances, plenty of counter space, and many cabinets. There is an in unit washer-dryer combo. The bathroom is shared and regutted as well. Central heat and air. Cats are allowed with a pet deposit. There is a balcony and a storage unit in the basement.

Nearby, there is a Mariano's, Target, Petsmart, Petco, Walgreen's, Xsport Fitness (gym), the 90/94 highway, and a mile away from the "L". Busses are available on the main street of Diversey, a block away.

Rent is $725. Utilities are around $40 to $125 per person depending on the seasonal needs (i.e. electricity or gas)
