Looking for a Room for Jan. 1st

Hello,
I'm looking for a room, private or shared by Jan. 1st (no sooner). My budgest is between $500-$700. I'm comfortable living with both sexes, not a smoker and prefer adults between the 25-40 age range. I work two jobs and am a very clean room mate that loves to cook. Not a partier, okay with animals :) I'd like to stay in the North Hollywood/Valley area.
