Description

You would be living with two 23 year old recent grads who have been awesome roommates. The apartment is less than a ten minute walk to both pearl street and the 29th street mall.

The room has a private bath and a huge closet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that doesn't need quarters which is amazing. Security is $830 and rent is 850 + utilities per month. Move in day is negotiable but I am looking for someone to move in towards the end of November, or December 1st at the latest. Also it sucks but we can't have any pets in the apartment.
