The property is a spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo located off the Duke St corridor in Alexandria. Move in would be Nov/mid Dec 2015. The condo is conveniently located near 495/395/95, 2 bus stops with metro access to the King St Metro station and is less than 1.4 mile walking distance to the King St Metro station (DC COMMUTERS WELCOME!). I am looking for a young professional (male or female) 20's to early 30's range (not a must), who is gainfully employed, sociable, liberal, LGBT friendly and has a good sense of cleanliness. The condo comes partially furnished with a dining room, living room suit, and kitchen supplies galore. The room is mid-sized, large enough to comfortable fit a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand and still have room to function. The closet in the room is huge to say the least with a sliding mirror for a door. First months (prorated based on move in date) and last month's rent deposit required (can break the last month deposit into a few agreed upon payments). Willing to do short term leases 6 month min to 1 year max, preference is 1 year. All interested applicants will be subject to background check, credit check and provide prior housing reference (unless recent college grad). Oh to add no pets allowed or 2 or more to a room.
