One bedroom with bathroom available

The bedroom is ready for rent the first weekend of December.

I am a 25 year old female looking for a roommate. I have a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at Eastover Ridge Apartments. I live less than ten minutes from Uptown and Plaza Midwood. I'm an elementary school teacher. I do have a 40 lb border collie pointer mix, so you would need to be comfortable with animals. I am open to another dog or cat at the apartment, so if you pets that is okay :) We live within walking distance to two dog parks. The room at the apartment has its own bathroom as well as large walk in closet. Rent is $640 per month plus utilities.
