Common areas of house are completely furnished, your bedroom and the bathroom will need furnishings. :) House has large living room, kitchen, office area, laundry room complete with washer and dryer. Large front and back yard with partial fence. Rent is $365 a month, utilities are not included. Utilities run on average $150 per person and include water, gas, electric, lawn care, and generous cable/internet package. Home is on a bus line and is located in Southeast Charlotte, very convenient to just about everywhere, including Uptown Charlotte and Matthews areas.

Home is occupied by two working females. Ages 23 and 26. We do not mind sharing a home with male or female, student or working professional. Looking for someone close to our age group who is relatively clean, responsible, pays rent on time, and is very comfortable around dogs and cats. I have a shy cat and a very large, friendly, boisterous, and sweet puppy. He is calm with residents of the house but is excitable when meeting new people so will need some patience initially until he settles. :) He is very very sweet. He is crate trained so spends time in the crate during the day and at night when someone is not with him.
