Two young professional females looking for third roommate in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located in the west suburbs, close to Metra and Fox Valley Mall and highway 88.

Apartment is part of a community with access to pool, a clubhouse with movie theater as well as work-out and media centers.

We'd be taking over the lease for a young couple moving to their first home. Ideal roommate would split $1,100 rent (3 ways) as well as utilities. We're interested in for a cable and internet package so if you'd like use of that we could split that as well (or you can opt out, and we wouldn't be total ogars about occasional use). The previous owners may leave some furniture but you're welcome to bring your own.

You'd be sharing the apartment with two sisters in their mid twenties, artistic foodies with a love of good music and movies. We're sociable, fun, and bright (or so we've been told). We both love meeting new people but don't mind giving you your space. We can sometimes get our artistic introvert on, and home is the best place for that so if you're the type who always wants to gab (get a parrot?). Did we mention the place allows pets?

At this stage we'd like to meet with people and find the right fit. We're looking for an early spring move in but some flexibility is possible as we personally know the couple we'd be subleasing the apartment from. If you're interested please hit up the so we can talk further.
