This is a 656 sq ft 1bd/1ba apartment in Tanglewoods North Apartment Complex. The apt has carpet in the bedroom and laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house. The bedroom has two large closets, one of which is a walk-in. I have lived in this apartment for a little over a year now and the place had just been remodeled before I moved in and has all new appliances. It is the only place I have ever lived in Austin (so I might be a bit bias...) but I love it so much. It is a quiet apartment complex, with mostly graduate students and young families, but that doesn't mean there's not always a lot going on. Everyone is really friendly and I have met some great people living here. It is in a great central location to the UT campus and the city and there are several bus stops right outside your door. Also there's always plenty of parking! I am only moving because I am moving into a house with some friends. With that being said, I just resigned the lease and so the lease you would be taking over would run until August of next year. Rent is $900, which is honestly a steal for this apartment, considering it's a ground-floor, corner apt, and is the perfect distance between both of the laundry rooms and pools. You really couldn't ask for a better apartment in the whole complex! One of the best things about Tanglewoods North is that they provide your heating and air conditioning for free! It really ends up saving you quite a bit of money in the long run and you can make it as cold/hot as you want. Also the hot-water heater is freaking amazing. Since I am trying to find someone to take over my lease as quickly as possible, I am willing to allow my deposit to transfer over, therefore you will not be responsible for a deposit, saving you a large amount of money.
