Room in 2 story Condo (Old Town)

Description

This room is for rent in a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom condo near old town Scottsdale. We have a garage that you can use for your vehicle. Washer and Dryer in Unit. Kitchen/ living room/ bathroom on first level. The bedrooms are both upstairs and each have a bathroom. The bedrooms are separated by a lengthy hallway. We would be splitting wifi which is $35/person and the electric which is usually $70 per person. Each bedroom upstairs does have a balcony as well. 2 pools in the community.
