room for rent-

I am 28 (would prefer someone around my age,25-32) Power,water,cable,internet,everything would be included in rent. looking for long term tenant but can lease month to month of need be.

It's a split level townhouse and I'm looking to rent out the entire upstairs. (Loft, bedroom, bathroom; all furnished) The entire place is roughly 1200 sq. ft. I have an in-unit laundry, closets, central AC, dishwasher, cable/Internet, etc. Good Street and visitor parking. The complex also has a pool.

It is located in South Fort Myers off South Point Blvd (Between College Pkwy and Cypress Lake Drive) 15 minutes from downtown, 15 from the beach 25 or so from the airport. Has multiple restaurants and grocery stores within a mile radius.

Must have job, references, no children or pets and I will be asking for a deposit and first months rent.
