$750 Basement with Full Bath

My sister and I are renting our basement of our townhouse for $750. The monthly rent includes cable, wifi, electric and water (all utilities). Looking for a tenant to come ASAP by November 1st. My sister has a daughter so we are all females, we request FEMALE only. The basement room is approx. 15'x13' plus a small area where you can create a closet and the bathroom of course. The room and bathroom have recently been painted about 4 months ago. The basement over all is in great condition. Room has two 'sliding door' windows. Street parking is available as well as a small parking lot. My sister and I are both young, outgoing and over all nice women to live with. Please be prepared to tell me about yourself in the first . A deposit of $200 is needed, if you give us a month's notice before you leave we will give you the full deposit back. No notice means no deposit returned.
