Great Room for Rent!

Description

The Place:
-Rent is about $750 a month
-Washer and dryer unit directly below apartment.
-Spacious living room.
-Large kitchen.
-Large bedroom.

Me:
I'm a 23 year old male who graduated from CU Boulder last year with a Marketing degree. I now work for an ad exchange firm here in town. I consider myself pretty low key, with a fair sense of humor.

But I like to stay fit, and live clean. I try to go for a bike, jog, or parkour on a daily basis. I don't smoke, but I'm open to a light drink on the weekends.

I'm also clean. I also vacuum the floors, wipe down the kitchen, and yes, scrub the toilet, once a month or so.


You:
I'm looking for a very dedicated student, undergrad or grad, or a professional who takes their work life seriously. Someone who gets to bed at a reasonable hour, doesn't smoke, doesn't drink to excess, exercises regularly, and picks up after themselves.

But that doesn't mean you have to be a stiff either. Tell me about what you like to do. Video games, movies, outdoorsy stuff, books, and creative things too. If you can write or art (I can use art as a verb, right?) tell me.
