The complex has a salt-water pool, hot tub, workout facility, and 24-hour security guard. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit and parking spots are available. We are looking for a quiet female roommate who doesn't go out or party a lot. Current (the one you would be living with) female roommate is quiet and very studious. The sublet will begin in mid-December, and December rent will already be paid. Rent is $1100 per month plus utilities. The unit overlooks a courtyard and is very quiet. It is on the second floor. Willing to negotiate leaving bedroom furnished.
