LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO SIGN A YEARS LEASE

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a full washer and dryer in the unit.
The condo sits on a dead end street off of Batavia road in Warrenville. There are only 3 other owner-occupied units in the building so it is very quiet.

This condo is unique because there are essentially 2 apartments in one. You will share one side of the condo with one other female (there are 2 bedrooms on that side). The third female has her own side of the apartment- equipped with the third bedroom and separate living spaces. So you are only sharing a kitchen, living room, and bathroom with one other girl who works a lot and is extremely quiet. Your bedroom would be the larger of the two, with two closets. (The furniture in the room will be taken out) The family room and dining space will be semi-furnished so you are welcome to bring any furniture you have. There are no pets allowed- per the landlord's request. Also utilities are not include with rent you will split with roommate.

We would prefer another female between the ages of 20-35 with no kids working professional/Student. Not between the age of 20-35 still me and we can work something out to make sure you are a good fit. Thank you for your interest!
