I'm looking to move to Monroe within the next month and a half. I am 28, working full time and I have a 5 year old son in Kindergarten. He lives with me during the school year and his dad in the summers. He's a great kid, very loving, funny and smart, but we've lived with roommates, and he is very accustomed to the proper behavior in shared home, i.e. being quiet in the mornings and when required.
I'm looking for at least a 3 bd/2ba house, condo, or townhouse. I don't smoke or like it, but willing to accept an outside smoker, don't party, drink socially or a couple beers or glasses of wine after work, and sometimes may have a couple girlfriends over, never do drugs, and stay pretty busy. Usually only home at nights or on weekends, if we don't have plans.
