Description

We are offering a private room and bathroom for individual who is family oriented, must pass background check. Room can be furnished or unfurnished, bathroom will only be used by you but has entrance from hallway just outside bedroom. Apartment community is beautiful and quiet, offering two indoor pools, one outdoor (seasonal), two workout rooms, theater, computer room. In our town house we have wifi, laundry room, private back patio, and full access to kitchen and common area. Seeking a roommate who is responsible, clean, no smoking and okay with our very well behaved dog.
