Room to rent:
We are a transplant couple from Virginia. I'm a retired Nurse, and my husband is a retired Railroad Engineer and Naval Veteran. We also have dogs that are very loving, and one cat.
The home has been remodeled, and we have a pool! We have only one bathroom, but a second is in the works! We do have a couple rooms to choose from and furniture to furnish if needed.
Of course if you have some pieces of furniture you wish to bring, that is welcomed as well! We don't have a TV to complement the room! We do have Hi-speed internet and DirecTv satellite service! There is no connection of service in other rooms at this time though. This can be added if wanted, with you installation cost if there is a fee?
You would have to pay for your food.

Single Person $450.00
Couple consider at a increased $550 ( for the increase of electric and water bill)
Includes Wi-Fi Internet, DirecTv, and Utilities! New washer and dryer is indoors.
Must Love Dogs!
Deposit and First month rent required to move in. If your a good fit, Happy to work with anyone.
