I have a furnished room upstairs to rent with a bath across the hall. The house is in a nice and quiet part of Arlington near Martin High School. The bath will need to be shared with a 56 year old (and quiet) man from India until the end of the month.

I am looking for someone (male/female) who is employed, drug free, not a heavy partier and not in trouble with the law. No pets please. I am a smoker – smoking is allowed.

The 'street view' is a 2 year old photo as construction was being done on the garage. The house presently looks much nicer than what is shown then.
