Across the Street from Jewel
Possible parking available in lot behind building (75$ fee)
All rooms are similar - approx. 9.5' x 9.5' we are still in the process of furnishing
Us:
Adam, 26 year old CPA, beer "afficiando", mostly bikes to get around. Julie, 25 year old nurse, moving from the suburbs, runs 3-4 times a week. Both easy going, like to be active and explore the city. Just joined a Whirlyball league (yes you will most likely be asked to sub). We try to keep the common areas clean, but don't really care what your bedroom looks like. 420 friendly but hardly ever indulge. Pet friendly but don't have any. Adam is slightly allergic to cats so don't be a cat lady and you'll be fine. Landlord allows cats and most dog (no large breeds, pitbulls, etc.) for $250 pet fee.
