House to share near historic DT

I am a 30 year old professional woman seeking a mature, responsible renter. The house is walking distance to the shops in historic downtown Mooresville. The available bedroom is unfurnished, large with high ceilings and a sizable closet. A hall bathroom will be shared, but there's a powder room also available. Plenty of space for storage and driveway parking. The kitchen is huge with tons of storage space. I have a well behaved Yorkshire terrier, but he doesn't get along with most animals, so I'm afraid I can't accept another pet. Rent is $650/month (utilities included). $40 application fee. $650 security deposit.
