Subleaser for January 2016

Description

I am looking for somebody to take over my lease at campus park starting in January or whenever I move my stuff out in December. The apartment is a 5 bedroom townhouse with two bathrooms, laundry room, full kitchen with dishwasher, full sized washer a dryer, charter cable is included, wifi is included, heat is included in the rent, and it is only a 10 month lease so the end of the lease would be June 15th. The clubhouse has a gym, free tanning beds, a coffee area to study, pool/hot tub, and game room for the residents to use. Rent is $510 a month or $2,550 for the semester. The only thing that we have to pay monthly is electricity, which split between everyone is around $10 or so. The roommates would be 4 boys, all super friendly and laid back.There is two of us looking for subleasers so their be girls that are found for subleasers and for sure 3 guys.
