Room 8 mins to downtown

I just rented a 2 bedroom apt 1 bath and I am looking to rent out the second room. you can the see how the apt look in the pictures. Its fully furnished beside the room you are renting. there is a full size mattress that you can use though. the only thing that you can bring is a dinning set. laundry and dryers in the building, gym, outdoor heated pool(seasonal), BBQ areas and roof deck. walking distance to so many restaurants, pharmacies and grocery store. Giant eagles and target 5 mins away. 2 mins to the shore way and less than 5 to I90. you can park on the street or get a permit (35$/mo) for parking spot. there are some underground parking spots but it takes time to get one. the apt has a partial view of DT and the lake. the building is located in a very safe area.
