This posting is a split house share for rent of $450 per month. The landlord requires financial backing to support the full $900 rent to sign a lease. Minimum lease of 8 months (through August). I'm looking for someone who is between 24-35 years old, non-smoker, who can pass a background and credit check. I am not opposed to a cat or small dog, as long as they are house trained.

I work from home about half of the time. My schedule can fluctuate, but much of the time I am not at home.
