Private room in mission valley

I'm looking for a female roommate to take over my 2nd bedroom in The Village Mission Valley. I've lived here for a year and absolutely love the complex! It's a private bedroom and connected bathroom in a spacious 2 bdrm apartment, with dual masters! The room has a great closet too and can be furnished (bed, dresser, nightstand and desk) or unfurnished. There is plenty of reserved parking and the room includes access to the exclusive bar and lounge. Room is available now!

Apartment is in a 24 guard gated community and has cable (optional, I'm thinking of cutting the cord on cable, we can discuss) and high speed internet. Complex has 4 pools, 24 hr gym, walking trails, and a dog park. We will split utilities, they are usually inexpensive.
I love dogs and will allow a dog that is housebroken for an extra $25 a month. Complex restricts that dogs be under 70 pounds.

Apartment is newly remodeled with a beautiful kitchen and in unit washer and dryer.

I live in the Master bedroom. I'm a 25 year old woman, who works and goes to school full time. I love to cook, read, hang out by the pool, and drink wine. I have occasional overnight guests (boyfriend, parents, family members), but I rarely throw parties in the apartment.

Please no smokers or drugs.
Rent is $1100 plus split utilities. Deposit of $500.
