Room with Private Bath $500

Description

I am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom (with private bathroom) in my apartment. I am a professional with weekends off and I enjoy going to the beach, doing yoga, exploring nature, going dancing, reading and lots of other activities. I am young at heart and am looking for a roommate who is between 21 and 45 years old and is neat and quiet at home but also enjoys being social. You must like dogs and we can accept a doggie roommate as long as the two get along. The cable/internet and electric are extra and are split in half. The electric runs between $40 and $100 depending on the weather and the cable/internet right now is $70 each but I am open to reduce the channels to lower the cable bill. The apartment is furnished but the bedroom for rent comes unfurnished. Please message me with questions, I look forward to hearing from you.
