Room for rent

Description

I currently work for UITS here at IUB. I am transferring up to IUPUI and am looking for someone to rent out my room, which is leased through July 1, 2016. Roommate is awesome and friendly, 25 year old male.

Available for move-in on July 11, 2015.
The apartment is located near the intersection of Hillside and Henderson(Regency Court Apartments), just a few blocks south of the Sample Gates. It is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom, large walk-in closet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit in a good sized utility room. Check out the video, and the pictures below!
