Renting 2 rooms for one person

Hi my name is Rachel and I'm looking to rent out 2 adjacent rooms of my 4 bedroom home to someone awesome. The rooms are both off the kitchen and have separate entrance to backyard. Covered carport parking and free wifi. I have 2 cats so I prefer not to have anymore animals staying here. Asking 450 plus half of utilities monthly. Have ample storage and washer and dryer in basement. I'm a quiet roommate but outgoing as well. Have some furniture in rooms but it's up to you if you want to use it.
