Roommate for Central Pointe Apts

Hey there! My name is Aero and I'm a 19 y/o dfab (designated female at birth) agender/genderfluid (which means I do not align myself with any particular gender) person looking for a roommate for Central Pointe apartments off Central Avenue. I'm looking to move no later than June 21, but I want to put in the application by next Wednesday. Rent would be $455 a person, and then with utilities (water, electric, cable, internet) it should come to around $630 a person. Not even. I calculated all my expenses and it came to $676 with bills I pay not associated to the apartment. I'd like it if someone were willing to sign the lease with me and the lease would be 13 months. I'm more than on time with payments, and I work for Mecklenburg County 40 hours a week as well as another side delivery job 20-30 hours a week so I make more than enough money and you don't have to worry about me. I do have a month old puppy named Coconut and she's the friendliest, most excited dog you'll ever meet so please be pet friendly. I am 420 friendly and ask that if you don't smoke, you at least be okay with me sometimes smoking. (And when I say sometimes I mean once a month. Literally.) I only ask that I'm able to have the master bedroom, as I barely leave my room and do all my entertaining and such in there. The rest of the apartment would be your jurisdiction. Not that I wouldn't ever talk to you. I'll definitely hang out if you want. I just tend to keep to myself a lot. I'm a very chill, go with the flow kind of person when I am around. The room you would have is rather large with a walk in closet, two more closets outside the room, and your own private bathroom. The rooms are on either side of the apartment, so we'd both have our own side basically. And the only time I'd ever be on your side would be to use the washing machine As long as you are LGBT friendly and pay your rent and utilities on time, I'm very sure we'll get along!
