Hi I have a beautiful furnished room available for rent. It has a lot of natural light and a shared bath. The house is on a cul de sac in South Austin. There are lots of parks, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The location allows for easy access to Mopac and 71.

You would be sharing the house with a woman, a guy and a friendly dog. The rent of 750.00 includes all bills paid, including wifi, cable and all utilities. I ask for a 6 month lease with a $500 deposit, which is fully refundable should the room be left in the same or similar position.

I'm looking for someone professional, responsible, mature and clean and friendly.No pets, no smoking and no drugs please.
