It also has a sliding glass door and a solar tub. There is a brown leather futon in there now. If you have your own furniture I can move it out. You would have access to garage parking and washer/dryer and refrigerator in the garage and full kitchen to make a great meal. I live a quiet comfortable life and you can too.
