I am a female with spare space to rent in my home. One of my rooms is furnished if you need it, the other is not if you have furniture. Both rooms are upstairs. You would only be living with me. I do have a mellow dog with a dog door, so if you have one well behaved, and calm dog we could discuss a pet deposit. Only one due to HOA restrictions, and no cats. I use a dog door, so they couldn't be kept in. I only live with a females. It is a 4b 1800sf house, absolutely no smoking, clean, drug free, christian lifestyle. I would like a public meeting initially. month to month lease.
