Hi! I have a bedroom open at my apartment. It has a private bath connected to it. It’s a beautiful apartment and I need a roommate so I don’t have to break the lease after unfortunate circumstances in my personal life. I am clean, respectful, and open to any boundaries! I have a room and bathroom over in the north Warr Acres area (by Lake Hefner). House is new construction.

Two bedrooms available in a two story home with a pool in the backyard, upstairs there is one room bigger than the other, so rent will be a little different, both will be available to rent. Also, both rooms are furnished with a bed at least but if you don’t need it they can be taken out. There is also an entire large furnished living area upstairs as well, there is room for additional furniture if you have your own or need an additional workspace as long as there’s an understanding it will be a shared space. There’s one shared bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. You would only need to come downstairs to use the kitchen, to do laundry and to come and go, otherwise you have everything else you need upstairs. In the passed I’ve either charged an all bills paid amount or bills were split all ways evenly but would need to be paid ahead of due date so that’s an option as well. *I’ve just recently reactivated this listing. The girl that’s been renting the room had to move to Texas to be closer to her family. So it is available now. *Based on past Roommate experience, I prefer to Share the house with females.(And I do not mean for dating or anything even like that) *I am a Christian…not a judgmental, religious person. But I do like to live a fun & moral life. Casual drinking is fine, but no illegal drugs. * Very clean, nice and safe place to live (I mean the neighborhood, but of course the house too😁) The Interior is completely remodeled. Your bedroom and bathroom are your private areas and the rest of the house will be shared space. The room is partly furnished now with a double bed, nightstand and a couple of other things, but it can be unfurnished or more furnished. Small Pets are OK, but there is a pet fee.I am super easy goin and love to laugh. When I’m not at work, I spend a lot of my time at the lake, & doing outdoor activities. I like to hang out at times, but mostly during the week, I’m pretty focused on preparing for work the next day. I’m not a clean freak, but but would expect that we both clean up our own messes in the common areas daily. (Kitchen, laundry,living, etc…) You will have a very large bedroom with a walk-in closet & shelves, a large private bathroom with lots of storage.
