Two bedrooms available in a two story home with a pool in the backyard, upstairs there is one room bigger than the other, so rent will be a little different, both will be available to rent. Also, both rooms are furnished with a bed at least but if you don’t need it they can be taken out. There is also an entire large furnished living area upstairs as well, there is room for additional furniture if you have your own or need an additional workspace as long as there’s an understanding it will be a shared space. There’s one shared bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. You would only need to come downstairs to use the kitchen, to do laundry and to come and go, otherwise you have everything else you need upstairs. In the passed I’ve either charged an all bills paid amount or bills were split all ways evenly but would need to be paid ahead of due date so that’s an option as well.
