There are currently 3 people living here. Myself, my girlfriend, and a transman roommate. You will be sharing the restroom with the roommate. Our house is a fixer-uper from the previous owners and still needs a lot done to it, so please keep that in mind when considering moving here if things like that make you uncomfortable.We all generally keep to ourselves but also talk or chill together occasionally, pretty chill environment most of the time. The other roommate makes music so he will be noisy but it's very occasional, same with the dogs when we play or us if we're gaming and get fired up lol. Overall pretty quiet though. We go shopping every other week and share the price for drinks, some food, and household items unless you choose to do your own shopping then that's fine too. Food is all seperate already unless specified otherwise.We have two dogs, large and medium. They are both male and both people friendly but the larger one is dog selective, so we will not be allowing other roaming pets in the home. Smaller pets kept to your bedroom is perfectly fine though, like fish, hamsters, reptiles, etc.The price is rent, internet, and electricity included. We have well water, so keep that in mind if you have any preferences for that. We do our own lawn, so you're more than welcome to help with yard work if you're interested, but it's not necessary.Some chores are for everyone, like sweeping, mopping, and generally just make sure you clean up after yourself and do/say something if you notice something that needs to be done.If you have any other questions, feel free to ask anytime. The room is on the smaller side as well, so keep in mind if you are trying to bring large or lots of furniture.
