I am looking for my roomie to be very easy going and chill, yet responsible and respectful. Lives a positive life style with no drama. I like any shared areas to be clean. I like to enjoy a good glass wine every now and then. I would love to grab a bite or a drink with you but aren't looking for a new best friend. I don't bring parties home or strangers. Someone who likes animals and recycles and always pay rent and bills on time. Living or wants to live in the Hayward area. I like a lot of person time, don't take it personally, its a stress reliever for me. I also have a sweet old cat who loves to sleep and cuddle. I don't smoke or do drugs and would not like my roommate to do either at our home.
