Hey all !! I'm looking for someone that is able to sign a lease for 1 year in a 2bdr apartment June 1ST 
The apartment is located in Prospect lefferts gardens. I been living here for 5 years and I really don’t want to leave the apartment so hoping to find the right fit. Please read carefully:

What you need to sign:
Rent is $ + Utilities (usually around $ or less)
-brokers fee (1 month) deposit+ 1st month rent
-decent credit score
- 3 bank statements
- Tax return (if you don’t have even rent receipts can work) they are pretty flexible

About the apartment:
-Huge room. Able to fit a king bed, desk and more. Two closets inside the room and one outside. Plenty of space. Big living room and kitchen (separated areas)
- walk from prospect park
- min commute to Barclays center where you can transfer with a lot of other subway lines.
- blocks away from min walk from b/q
- Laundrymat around the corner, supermarket and cvs 2 blocks away. And many other things around.
- No Pets allowed


About me:
- and I’m from Argentina, I been in New York for the past years.
- I’m pretty chill and easy-going. I really enjoy my alone time once I’m home but I’m still pretty social ! If we vibe great and if not its okay as far as we both feel happy to come home! I work in the hotel industry 5 days a week.
- I’m looking for someone that is respectful, clean (common spaces) and dishes (!!!) and tidy, friendly and that doesn’t bring party home. And knows how to communicate. I'm looking for someone that does not work from home.
