Hello! I’m moving from my apartment, it’s at
Lt lonsdale st. Very good location, min by foot from Coles, Spencer outlet and Southencross Train Station.

The rent is every two weeks.

About the apartment, it has beds in each of them (so you’ll be sharing with some one), Good kitchen, 1 big bathroom, a good commune area in the middle with a big TV, also a Balcony with a pretty good view.

About the people, I’m sharing with one guy and in the next room there are two girls, all of them between , very nice people. They spend most of their time at work. Also each of us is very aware of cleanliness so the place we share remains as welcome as possible.
