Lease Takeover

I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a Bathroom apartment that is is sq ft at the end of February/ beginning of March. The apartment is located in the Steele Creek Community is South Charlotte. There is a Harris Teeter across the street, a Target minutes away, plenty of resturants within walking distance, and it is across from the Oulet Malls. The apartment community itself is very quiet and safe. They are pet friendly. They have a gym as well as a yoga studio with some other amenities. The rent is $ per month. With a pest/valet trash fee, as well as water/sewer added on top, the rent tends to be between $ per month. Included are some pictures of the unit.
