Looking for 1 roommate to fill a private bedroom by this Fri , for Feb 1 onwards. Preferably female to maintain the balance we’ve had of females (1 female is moving out). We’re years old, professionals and artists, some work from home, some work elsewhere. In Highland Park, miles from the main attractions of York Blvd, mi to Vons, mi to Eagle Rock Trader Joe’s.

• Rent is under $/month (may increase to ~$), utilities are up to $/month, security deposit $

• Room is unfurnished

• No pets

• Not big party-ers

• Street parking

• You’d be added to sublease for Feb 1 onwards. We’re not looking for a short-term fill.

• Ideal roommate: female, , clean, responsible, chill, respectful, has lived with non-family roommates before, credit over , will pass credit check, take home income x rent+utilities

• Preferably come by for quick tour/meet in-person, can also do Zoom
