We’re looking for friendly housemates to join us in our 2-bedroom apartment in Southbank as our current housemates are moving out. Ideally, we’d love to find someone (or a couple) working in hospitality who shares our passion for food, wine, and restaurants.

The Room
• Rent: $ per week or $ per month (plus bills).
• Furnished room with beautiful afternoon sunlight, a built-in wardrobe, and heating/cooling throughout the apartment.
• You’ll have your own private bathroom and toilet.
• The washing machine is shared with us.
• The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need: dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, etc.
• There’s also a spacious terrace to enjoy the sun.

The Location

Perfectly located in the heart of Southbank:
• 1-minute walk to Woolworths.
• Less than minutes’ walk to the CBD.
• Close to South Melbourne Market, bars, and restaurants.
• 5 minutes from the tram stop on City Road.

The Building
• Amazing amenities including a pool, gym, BBQ area, and even a cinema room.

About Us

We’re a couple working in hospitality, passionate about great food, natural wines, and exploring Melbourne’s restaurant scene. We enjoy going out, discovering new bars and spots in the city, and making the most of what Melbourne has to offer. Bonus: Clément loves mixing music, so there’s occasionally some fun vibes at home (but always in moderation, of course)!

We’d love to live with someone (or a couple) who works in hospitality and understands the night schedule lifestyle. Ideally, you are:
