First floor with walkout patio and dishwasher
Pay laundry in building just down the hallway
The room is for 1 person only!!!! The whole Apt is furnished except the bedroom
Shared bathroom kitchen and living room
I'm a year old sober gay man who works full time would prefer someone who doesn't drink but definitely no drugs.
Prefer other LGBTQIA+ folks but open
Rent is $ y three+ utilities
Deposit is the same as one months rent
Free off street parking garage for rent for $sixty a month.
Dogs are welcome pet deposit is $ one hundred pet rent $thirty per month
You must pass background check with management company application fee is $ forty
