I'm transfering the biggest room in this 6 1/2, super well located just around the corner from Guy-Concordia metro station, buses right donwstairs, Bixi station across the street during the sumer, walking distance to Concordia university, Dawson college, Bike path Maissoneuve, Plenty of shops, restaurants, grocery stores (it's downtonwn)
The room is furnished with two Sofa bed and a 2 drawer chest. It also has a closet across the hall.
The room is available from January and the lease runs up to August.
The rent is $443.33 + utiities (~$20).. The rent is temporary $358, as one of the guys is here just temporary.
