Hi,
We are looking for someone to take over the lease for our beautiful furnished apartment in Pacific Beach. The apartment is 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with an awesome location looking over Mission Bay.
The rent is $2700 for 3 people, $3300 dollars for 4 people. It's also possible to rent only one of the rooms. One of the rooms has the ability to have two single beds or one queensize, and the other one has a kingsize bed and a private bathroom.
Included in the rent is utilities, 2 bikes, 2 surfboards, BBQ, Wi-Fi, Netflix access, 2 TV's, parking lot, patio with oceanview and view over Downtown San Diego. It is walking distance to local shops, bus stop, bars and beaches.
The deposit is one months rent.
The lease runs to May 31-2016, and it is possible to sublease earlier if it is needed. When the contract runs out you can have a month-month lease. The lease starts on January 1 but the apartment is available from December 21 and the rent for December has already been payed.
