Hello, i’m looking for someone to transfer my student tenancy to at Quay Point until July per week (all bills included inc wifi etc). It’s a standard en suite bedroom, fully furnished- with a queen bed, storage, desk, closet, shower etc. It’s a flat shared with 5 other students (all first years, 3 girls and 2 boys) and we share a kitchen/ living room. There’s plenty of facilities on , including a launderette, study room, cinema room and gym. Northumbria University Main Campus is less than a minute walk away and the town centre is less than a minute walk away. Any enquiries let me know :)
